Introduction

When Are Spanish Mealtimes?

Spaniard mealtimes vary from breakfast starting at around 7 and ending at around 9 in the morning, lunch starting at 2, dinner ranging from 9 or 10 p.m, and having occasional snacks during the day.

Do Spanish People Eat Too Late Or Americans Too Early? 

I think this is a matter of opinion, the schedule in Spain makes sense and isn't really early because of the times they would usually wake u and go to sleep.

There are seven meals and/or snacks in one day.

Desayuno- A toasted baguette with olive oil and crushed tomato, croissants (plain, chocolate-filled, cream-filled, or grilled a la plancha with jam), churros and porras (thin sticks of fried dough often dipped in thick hot chocolate)
