Have you ever wondered how your body keeps working while you sleep, walk, study, or play?
Your heart is working all the time! It pumps blood throughout your body and helps deliver the oxygen and nutrients your cells need.
In this activity, you will become a “Heart Detective” and discover how the heart works, what it needs to stay healthy, and why taking care of your heart is important.
Task
Become a Heart Detective!
Your task is to create a “Heart Health Card” that teaches others about the heart. Your card should contain:

- A creative title, such as: “Meet Your Heart!” or “My Heart, My Power!”
💡 Inside
Answer these simple questions:
- What is the heart?
- What does the heart do?
