Introduction
the mile run or 1,609.344 meter run is a middle distance run which started in England as gambling races. It was the heart of the split between amateur and professional races which times are split between pros and noobs. The fastest time for the mile run(1,609.344m run) was run by a Morrocan dude named Hicham El Guerrouj with the time of 3:43.13m. The main muscles used in running are your hamstrings calf muscles quads glutes and hip flexors if you keep your spine straight it is also a good core and back workout.
Task
basic skills you will need to do a mile run are
- legs
- good lungs (one works too I think)
- minor endurance and willpower
how fast can I ran a mile?
Process
I you don't know how to run I doubt this will help you. To run you need to know how to walk (so if your almost 1 or lived with snakes your whole life go back to the walking webquest). You pretty much walk very fast and make bigger steps. but pace yourself so you don't run out of steam before the run is over.
Evaluation
There is no wrong way to run a mile unless you walk it cause you ran to fast at the start.
Conclusion
If you are really good at running the mile you try out to be an olympian sports nutritionist or dietician . overall a mile runner will live longer and it doesn't take too much out of your day. you can easily run a mile by your house. theres not much to say about running it should come naturally.
