Let's learn about the Native Americans of North America. They lived on the land long before the Europeans started settling there.

Task
Overview:
By working in groups, you will use this page and a website to learn about various Native American tribes. Please read ALL directions carefully. Please work cooperatively with your group.
In addition to being graded on your answers, you will be also graded on group work - how you get along with others, staying focused on the research, recording accurate information, and following directions. This grade will be a quiz grade.
Process
Getting Started:
First step, open this website -
https://www.ducksters.com/history/native_americans.php
Second step, each group member opens their own google document (Webquest Overview) that is in Google Classroom.
Third step, follow the google document and type all answers on the document.
Fourth step, once the Webquest Overview is completed, open the next document. Follow the directions carefully. You will research three (3) tribes that are assigned to you, then one (1) more tribe of your choice.
Fifth step, a short oral presentation will be done by each student. More information to follow.
Evaluation
Teamwork: How you participate and do your jobs will be graded and count as a quiz grade.
