7th Grade Webquest Renaissance

We are going to be studying the Renaissance period in Social Studies.  Please follow the directions for this webquest and complete your KWL chart.

Your task is to quietly work on your Renaissance webquest.

1. Please put the title of your KWL chart as "Renaissance" above the name line.  Put your name on the paper and, for the mean, put your grade next to your name until I get to know all you and all your names and grades.

2. Fill out the first two sections of your KWL chart.  The section titled "What I Know" must have at LEAST four items and the section titled "What I want to Know" must have at LEAST 4 items in it. 

3. Go to the following website and watch the videos on the Renaissance.

4. Go to the following website and read about the Renaissance artists and look at some Renaissance paintings.

5. On the same website after you finish reading about art please go to the blue menu on the left side of the page and click on "Social Classes of the Renaissance" and read that page.

6. When you are finished with steps 1-5 please fill out the last section of the KWL chart titled "What I Learned".  You must fill this section out with at LEAST 12 different facts you learned from your webquest about the Renaissance.

7. Turn in your KWL chart.
