Designing a Fitness Plan

Introduction

We will be ending our marking period of Health on Monday 1/26/15 and returning to Phys. Ed. after our Mid-Term.  We covered many different topics in Health such as : Health Triangle, Stress, Goals, Nutrition, STD's, Decision Making, and now Fitness. It is my goal since we are a class of only 17 and will be the only class in the gym to be able to conduct a true fitness unit with you.  We will explore different types of workouts and utilize the weight room.  Today we will be putting together lots of different exercises for different body parts.  It is my intention that when we return to the gym we will be able to perform some of these exercises.
