Using this webquest you will go on a journey which will be full of activities and task which will help prepare you for learning about the many benefits eating healthy. You will be split up into a group of three to help climb up the mystic food pyramid. You and your group's journey will start here with this informative video.

Task
The journey up and around the pyramid with the group will be very tiring. Using the proper foods will help you gain energy in order to complete your trip. Your group will create a poster which will include a picture of each group that belongs in the pyramid. You will also list some of the many healthy benefits that each group will provide for you. It is important to also list the proper serving size you need to intake to help you on your trip.
