Introduction

Hello.

On this webquest we are going to search and to know a little bit more about what customer service is. After doing this we are going to have a better understanding of it, so we will be able to discuss, ask and answer different things about customer service. 

   

Task

You are going to take a virtual trip to different places related to Customer Service by visiting given websites. You will need to write down specific information about the places, services, what they do, etc. 

When you finish visiting and getting the information you will begin to create your own Customer Service Company.

Now that you have researched and wrote down all the important information you can start creating your proposal to create your own customer service company. 

Do a POWER POINT presentation and sell your idea. 

What services are you going to provide?

Where are going to be your sites located?

what will be the profile of your employees?

How much will you pay?

What will be the rules to attent the customers?

what will be the schedules?

How will get customers use your services?

etc
