Introduction
Today we will be learning how to do a proper Deadlift.
Task
You will learn how to do a proper Deadlift with proper form.
Also have fun and be safe!!!
Process
When performing a Deadlift the steps are simple
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Have a flat back
- Hands must be evenly distrbuted on bar
- Lift with your legs!!!
- Head facing towards the sky
- Arms straight down and elbows locked
- Lift a weight that you know you can lift to aviod injury
Evaluation
im looking for the simple steps you must take for proper form
- proper feet positioning
- proper stance
- proper weight on the bar
Conclusion
In conclusion if you follow these steps you will be able to have great form and perform a proper Deadlift, and look just like the pros!!! Also you will prevent injury when doing this excercise and will get maximum muscule gain.
