Synergize

Introduction

Synergize

In the world you can find many examples of synergy.  Synergy is about working together to achieve the greater good.  When synergizing a group builds on the strengths within.  They determine the "third option"; being a third way for everyone to agree and get what they need.  Groups develop creativity, cooperation, diversity, and humility.  Anyone that has ever been on a sports team has felt synergy.  On a football field the quarterback and wide receiver can't score without the lineman blocking.
