Some might say health only includes physical health. But there are three major aspects of health that decribes someones overall well-being. The three aspects of health are physical, emotional, and social health.

At the end of this webquest you should be able to create a venn diagram about the three major aspects of overall health. As well as provide a definition for each aspect of health.

Physical
Physical health isn't just how strong you are and how buff you look. Physical health is how well your body functions. Some things you can do to have good physical health is to eat well, go to sleep on time, and also be active. Go to this link if you want additional information

Emotional
Emotional health is the way you react to events in your life. Like for example someone dying in your family and you being able to adapt your life without them and move on instead of not wanting to live without them. Mental health is to be able to be comfortable with your surroundings and others. Social
Social health is how well you get along with people. If you are not scoially healthy then no one would want to be your friend and won't even like you. That is why you would want your social health to be good so you can have charisma and be able to work with people because you won't be able to be succesful in life if you are not socially healthy.
