Introduction

Have you ever heard someone say they want to get more "healthy"? It's a common phrase among the younger generation today. Many people who aspire to follow this trend don't even know what it really means to be healthy. Healthy is not just what you put into your body and how much you exercise. There are three aspects of health and they include: Physical Health, Mental/Emotional Health, and Social Health. Until you are at an appropriate level with all of these, you are not truly healthy.

Good Components
- Making a water bottle every day and finishing it
- Having vegetables with your dinner every night
- Quit eating all processed food.
- Join a sport at your school or outside of your school
- Try looking up workout videos on youtube and doing them in your freetime
- Take a walk around your neighborhood once or twice a day
Bad Components
- Not drinking any water every day
- Skipping meals
- Not consuming some fruit or vegetables every day
- Not exercising atleast twice a week

Emotional/ Mental Health
Emotional Health - Emotional health and is having good self-esteem, self-respect and resilience.
Mental Health - It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
This aspect of health is often forgotten about. However, it is one of the most important components of a healthy life.

All of the three aspects are equally important in establishing a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle will ultimately lead to a better future and a better life. You cannot have one without the other.
