This will enable us as a class to understand the importance of Human Resources and investigate how they can work and work well in large businesses. Two large businesses have been chosen, of which your group will choose one. You will need to work with your team and collaborate ways of working together to fulfill the requirements in the time frame. You may like to divide the parts of the task up or work as a group, it's up to you!
You may like to look through Chapter 14 of your text, however there are mulitple websites listed to guide your investigations.

As a group, you are required to examine the strategic role of Human Resources in one of two large businesses. You will choose what business as a group. Each group of 6 will have acces to 3 iPads or laptops.
Business One: Facebook
OR
Business Two: National Rugby League (NRL)
You will see how the business hires its employees, disciplines them and how they boost retention.
