and you are about to create a webquest yourselves! I know that all of you guys have had a great summer vacation, and I want to hear all about it! This blog will help you learn to figure out how to know the climate of certain locations, the population, indicate if you were below or above the Equator, and then write a sentence or two on this particular place in the class blog!

Task
This assignment is going to be completed alone but will call for collaboration. Each person in the group must contribute one location that they went to this summer. You will do much research on atleast four different vacation spots that was visited. In this research you will discover the climate, population, whether this place is above or below the equator, and write about your favorite part of this particular location in the class blog!

Process
1. Each student must come up with one location that they visited this summer.
2. Begin with one of the locations and figure out the population by going to the following website.ce you do this, go to your twitter account and only tweet the population number and then hashtag #summertimepopulation.
http://www.freemaptools.com/find-population.htm
As you see in the example below, you have to type in the location, then create a circle around the place but tapping the location. The population of the area of the circle will be below the map.

3.Once you do this, go to your twitter account and only tweet the population number and then hashtag #summertimepopulation.
example tweet: 249,569 #summertimepopulation
4. Next, go to weather.com to figure out what the weather was like the day you went there! This is an easy task. When you get to the website, you must first type in the location, then select month; next you can find the weather during your time at this place!
5. Now, let me know whether you were above or below the Equator! Use the website below to figure out where your location is in relation to the Equator. http://www.worldatlas.com/aatlas/imagee.htm
