Correct Streches Before A Upper Body Workout

Introduction

Michael and Jamie are freshman at the local high school in Toledo, Ohio. He has just decied that he would like to play basketball during his time in high school. He doesn't realize with playing sports coming weights and conditioning to get the body and them stronger faster and more athletic to be able to compete at their highest peek. Before the basketball season comes around they have a whole semester of physicial education class that is asking them to do a project to be able to find the correct streches to do before they complete a upper body excersise in the weight room.

Task

The Students Will be asked to find 3 diffrent task?

1. First task will be asked to find the correct streches that you will need to do before a upper body excersise.

Examples. Google- Ask.com- Research

2. Second task will be to actually show how to do the streches and streching the corre ct areas of the body.

3. third task will be to record your self doing the streches the correct way and streching the right areas of your body. also after recording the streches record yourself attempting to do a upper body excersise.

Examples. Bench press- Pull ups- Push ups- Cable Pulldown ETC....

Steps Through The Assignment

2. Find the correct streches that protain to upper body.

3. Learn how to do the streches the correct way.

4.Record yourself actually streching the correct areas of your body.

5. Record yourseld actually streching the correct way then attempting to do a upper body excersise.

6. Be creative and not plain with the assignment.

Evaluation

The assignment will be evaluated with a scale 1-4 with 4 being excellent and 1 being the worst.

4- Excellent

3-Good

2- OK but basic

1- Bad

4- Excellent 3- Good 2- OK Basic 1- Bad

Correct Streches

All Correct Streches asked for most of the correct streches but not all some correct streches but not all No Correct Streches just effort
Applying Streches Streching the Correct areas of the body correct steches not applied right streches is applied right but not the right strech streching wrong parts of the body
Recordings Recordings clear sound clear recording clear but sound going in and out recording slight blurr and sound playing on and off Recording blurry cant hear any sound
Creativity creative with great effort just effort not really creative some creativty but effort is just everywhere no effort not cretaive at all

Conclusion

After Michael and Jamie found out all the correct streches to do before a upper body workout they would be able to use this all of their life due to this assignment. they also have multiple diffrent upper body excersises that have learned how to do not even just when in weight lifting or physicial education class they can also do these at home on there own. They both really enjoyed the assignment.
