For this lesson we will be going over famous immigrants! You have all been assigned a famous immigrant to research. This WebQuest will have everything you need to complete this assignment! Please check out the TASK tab to get detailed instructions for the assignment. Check out the PROCESS tab to get to the link of the Symbaloo. Check out the EVALUATION tab to get to the questions that need to be answered involving your famous immigrant. Check out the CONCLUSION tab to get the final part of this assignment. And finally, the CREDITS tab includes the websites used for this assignment.

Task
On the following tab you will all find a link to the Famous Immigrants symbaloo. Please use this symbaloo to get acquainted with your immigrant! Once you have gotten to know your immigrant more, please continue on to the Evaluation tab to look at the information required about your famous immigrant.
Process
Here are links to websites that you will find your immigrants on. On the Evaluation Tab you will find five bullet points that need to be answered about YOUR immigrant. Then you will find 3 questions that need to be answered. Please complete the required information and your guided questions on a clean page of your writing journal.
***Once you are DONE with the required information and guided questions, feel free to explore other immigrants and the other websites listed to learn more about immigrants, take a virtual tour of Ellis Island and see how many immigrants have come to America throughout the decades! Can you guess the number?

Once this assignment is done, please turn and talk with your shoulder partner once they are also done and go over your famous immigrants together! Please know that after you have completed talking about one anothers famous immigrants we are going to have a classroom discussion about all of them! Get excited to learn about some influencial immigrants!!
