Introduction

A. Recount Text is one of a kind English text recounting the events or experiences in the past. The purpose of Recount Text is to provide information or to entertain the reader. Recount Text Inside there are no complications (Complications) as in Narrative Text.
B. Purpose Communicative Text Recount Recount Text communicative purposes as described above is to report on events, event or activity with the aim to preach or entertaining of course without any conflict within the story.
C. Generic Text structure Recount
1. Orientation (Intro)Orientation or introduction is to give information about who, where and when the event or events that occurred in the past.
2. Events (Event)Events is a recording of what happened, which is usually presented in chronological order, such as "In the first day, I .... And in the next day .... And In the last day ...". In the Events section is also usually contained personal comments about the event or events recounted.
3. reorientation (Repeat Intro)At the reorientation, a repetition of the introduction in the Orientation, repetition which summarizes a series of events, incidents or events told.
D. Characteristics of Linguistic Recount Text
There are several characteristics of language that might be friends found when reading a Recount Text. The characteristics of the Recount Text language are:
Using the Past Tense. Suppose we went to the zoo, I was happy, etc.
Using Conjunction and Time connectives to sort the event or events. For example and, but, the, lists are that, etc.
Using Adverbs and Adverbial Phrase to express the place, time and manner. Suppose yesterday, at my house, slowly, etc.
Using Action Verbs. Suppose went, slept, run, brought, etc

Vacation to the beach Anyer

The last holiday, my family went to Anyer beach for a picnic, we leave in the morning, because of our house to the beach anyer took a 4 hour drive, so we can play and have fun there longer, we were off to the beach anyer
After arriving at the beach anyer, we just took a walk because the beach is in front of the hotel. We walked along the seashore, played water and sand. Actually we also wanted to swim in the beach but the lifeguard didn’t allow us. Besides doing many activities we also watched some foreign tourist’s activities. They were lying on the beach, while others were having massage or surfing.
When we felt tired, we took a rest to have some meals and drinks, and at 5:00 pm we came home his end, this is a memorable holiday, next time we will visit again.
