if i were a gentle wind
if i were a gentle wind, i would rise in the morning before the sparrows begin to sing. i would dance freely on the mist-coverd lakes. my great body would fly gracefully across the plains and mountains, and glide swiftly between the trees of the deep evergreen forest. i would get up with the loons and dance to their heavenly sounds as they enhoed across the meadows and stop to say hi to all animals. i might carry a great bird such as an eagle on my strong back and send him on his way.
