Shake shake the Earth!

Introduction

A few months ago, 16th of April of 2016, it was registered a violent earthquake at NorthWest of Ecuador, at the province of Manabí, in which almost 700 hundred people died.

Unpredictability of these events, makes this natural phenomenons one of the biggest catastrophes of our planet.

 
 

Task

We must respond to several questions, why do we have the feeling of these extreme events are more frequent? It has really increased the number of earthquakes? Do they have a greater intensity?

Place on a worldmap those earthquakes who had an important media impact between 2010 and 2016, due to the intensity or the number of victims.

Afterwards, investigate about Spanish Earthquakes and respond to the following questions. Which are the most affected areas in our country? What can we do to prepare ourselves to these events?
