Process

1. 1. Create a timeline of Prime Ministers using timeline maker.

Use Timeline Maker by clicking the attached link. Once you have created your timeline, you will need to hyperlink your final copy to your presentation.  http://www.softschools.com/teacher_resources/timeline_maker/

2. Research Australian Prime Ministers.

Some Australian Prime Ministers you may wish to research are:

- Tony Abbott

- Julia Gillard

- Kevin Rudd

- John Howard

- Paul Keating

- Bob Hawke

- Malcolm Fraser

- Gough Whitlam

There are many more people who have lead Australia so if there is someone who is not on this list but has been Prime Minister your may include them.

3. Present a brief biography of the 3 Prime Ministers you have chosen, using Google Docs.

You must include:

  • Their name
  • Length of time as Prime Minister
  • Any special achievements
  • Popularity with the Australian people
  • Were they an inspirational leader?
  • Did they improve the lives of Australians?

4. Design and create the stamps for each of the Prime Ministers.

You may create the stamp electronically or on paper. You must include it in your Google Docs presentation, so you may need to use the Chromebook Camera. Remember a stamp is only small so think simple.
