Introduction
Have you ever met or do you know anyone who was not able to perform to the best of their ability because they just arent simply strong enough? DO NOT LET THAT BE YOU! 
Task
I want my students to know the different ways of putting on weight and muscle, whether it be to improve sports performance or simply for their physical look.
Students that are looking to get stronger will be required to give me nothing less than 100% effort at all times during the lifting sessions.
Process
Students will eat the right way, lift the right way, and do the different things needed to recover after training intensely.
Students will go through intense lifting sessions with myself three times a week and will record their body weight and the amount they are lifting for how many reps.

Evaluation
I will be able to tell if my students have met their goals by the way they weight lift, only if, they are aiming to gain muscle and get physically bigger and stronger. Students will get tested every two weeks on their maximum bench press weight, squat weight, and dumbell shoulder press weight.
Conclusion
I challenge you to get in the weight room and put on muscle mass if you are looking to get better and stronger at your sport or just to simply look physically better and in better shape.
