Task
TASK: The goal of this WebQuest is to discover Paris and to describe your discoveries by using the passé composé.
Go through all of the steps in the process and fill out the worksheet to complete this WebQuest.

Do not forget to use complete sentences, use the passé composé, and to conjugate your verbs correctly.
Process
Parti 1: L’hôtel
Chose a Hotel in Paris. Choisissez un hôtel à Paris.
(1) Use the link below to view hotel options in Paris. Choose a hotel that you would like to stay in. Choose the type of room that you prefer.

(2) After you choose a hotel, locate the address of the hotel and use tripadvisor to find its location and arrondissement. View the location using either tripadvisor or googlemaps.
(3) Go to the worksheet and write down the address of the hotel and the arrondissement. Write complete sentences. Use passé composé!
Parti 2: Un Musée ou Un Monument!
Chose a monument or museum to visit in Paris. Choisissez un monument ou un musée à Paris !

Parti 3: Le Métro!
Pretend that you visited your Museum or your monument and that you used the metro to get there.
(1) Use the tripadvisor sites above to find the address of your hotel and also the address of the monument or the museum that you visited.
(2) Locate the hotel where you stayed and the monument that you visited on the Paris Métro map.
(3) Find the Métro station nearest to your hotel.
(4) Go to the worksheet and write down the name of the Métro station where you departed from (the station nearest the hotel you stayed at).
(5) Find the Métro station nearest to your monument or your museum.
(6) Go to the worksheet and write down the name of the Métro station where you arrived (the station nearest the monument or museum).
(7) Go to the worksheet and write down which Métro line you use to get from your hotel to your museum or monument.

Parti 5: Au Restaurant!
Pretend that you ate lunch after you visited your museum or monument.
(1) Use the link below to locate a restaurant that looks good. Pretend that you went to this restaurant after your trip to the museum.

(2) Choose the restaurant where you ate.
(3) Go to the worksheet and write down the name of the restaurant where you ate.
(4) Look up the reviews and details about the restaurant that you chose.
(5) Go to the worksheet and write down what type of food that is served there and if it is a cheap or expensive restaurant.
**Défi (challenge & 5 extra credit points): Look at the Paris Métro map and find the nearest Métro station to your restaurant and figure out which Métro line that you need to take to get from your museum or monument to the restaurant. Write down the stations and the line that you took.

Each question is worth 3 points and there are 14 questions.
- There are a total of 42 points possible
- There are 5 points of extra credit possible.
For each question you can receive:
- 1 point for the overall answer (is it a logical answer/ does it make sense/did you spell correctly)
- 1 point for the correct conjugation and spelling of the auxiliary verb (helping verb/avoir)
- 1 point for the correct past participle
