Introduction
Welcome back! I hope you had a restful break! We will be reading The Outsiders, by S.E. Hinton and today, you will complete a WebQuest to learn about the following: life in the 1960s, which is the time period of the novel; the Greasers vs. the Socs (pronounced so-shiz), which are the two rival "gangs" in the novel; the characters in the novel; and information about S.E. Hinton, the author.

Task
There are 4 tasks you must complete for this assignment:
Task 1: The 1960's
Task 2: Greasers vs. Socs
Task 3: Outsiders Characters
Task 4: S.E. Hinton
To get started, click "Process" and go through each of the steps for each of the tasks.
Process
Before you do anything else, please complete the following:
