Introduction
Zero Waste is referred to the need of guiding people in changing their lifestyles and practices to emulate sustainable natural cycles, where all discarded materials are designed to become resources for others to use.
It's actually a philosophy grounded in ecological theory, that promotes the four Rs - Rethink, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle - as a lifestyle for a sustainable future and emphasizes on designing and managing products and processes so as to avoid the volume or/and toxicity of waste and conserve natural resources.
How is art connected to zero waste concept?
Recycled art is a specific type of creative work made from discarded materials. So this could be anything from old plastic toys to tires to cans or scraps of cloth.

But art ourt of food? Yes! There are many types of art using food scraps with one or another way, like peel art that uses orange peels, painting by using cola or coffee scraps, artwork out of discarded fruits and vegetables, jewelry out of dried peels, art in cooking, etc.

Task
Your task is to make a research on the concept of zero waste and circular economy so as to be able to understand the need of some artists to turn to art something that is trash for others.
You are also encouraged to search for examples of art related to food scraps, artists that are capturing the food waste problem, chefs that are turning food scraps into works of art for designing their dishes or/and encouraging others to reduce their food waste, and upload all these to a padlet.
