This WebQuest is designed to promote student self-learning and peer-assessment.
Task
In pairs, you will choose two lesson videos from a Crash Course learning playlist, and prepare a class presentation to teach your peers about what you've learned.
Process
Go to https://www.youtube.com/@crashcourse/playlists, and choose two lessons under the same learning playlist. Try to find related topics.
Submit your choice to the teacher by the end of the class.
Lesson choices are 'first come, first serve'. No repeated topics will be allowed!
Watch the video with your partner and prepare a presentation to teach your peers about what you've learned
Presentation MUST include:
- Introduction to the content
- Summary of the main takeaways from the videos
- Exploration of its deeper implications and importance to the individual/society/world
- Conclusion, with a personal reflection on growth and how this topic affected you in any way
- Discussion prompt
