Process
Learning the proper ways of getting active and staying healthy throughout the years from a young adult to an elder.
1. walking- starting with the basics, get active and move, walking is one of the best forms of exercise to keep the body going
2. running- once you have bult up the strength from walking try interval training, a combination of walking and running in short bursts.
3. working out- strength training is not only good for the young but good for the elderly as well. Silver Sneakers which is a fitness class for the elderly that works on balance and mobility from picking up something or even bending over to tie one's shoes or even properly getting in or out of the bath or car.
4. Mobility/ Flexibility- being mobile and flexible both have their benefits for every age. As stated above as you age it gets harder and harder to stay limber so working on flexibility through your life will help in the long run.
