Non-GMO Kitchen

Task

You're opening a healthy concept restaurant.  Your chef insists that the menu must be comprised of dishes that are strictly non-GMO.  You're not so sure that is necessary.  Your task is to determine if GMO is really unhealthy and how difficult it will be to have a successful business using only non-GMO food products.

Process

1)  Gather some background information on GMO foods and their safety for consumption.
