We will be investigating number patters, find out the constant difference between consecutive
terms by addition or subtraction.
After the lesson you should be able to determine the constant number using the general formula.
In previous grades, self in primary school, you were introduced to patterns when you started to
right cursive you had to make patterns with the letters of alphabet to practice the movement of
your fingers and trying to keep everything the same.
In other grades you were also introduced to
pie charts and graphs. We can then say a pattern is a consistent and recurring characteristic
that help in the identification of a fact or situation that is observed to exist.
