Organizations for the Impoverished

Introduction

As you know we have been studying the effects of poverty. During this webquest, you will learn more about advertisements and how they persuade people. You will eventually be creating your own advertisement for collecting canned goods!

Task

Task One:

  • Work with a group to take notes about what makes something persuasive.

 Task Two:

  • Look at these websites that help feed the community.
  • Compare the website's advertisements to the notes you took.

Task Three:

  • Create your own advertisement!
