Task

You will complete 4 tasks.

1. Research the 5 components of fitness.

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition

2. Make a 10 slide presentation explaining each component and how they relate to your total fitness level.

3. Post to this lesson to present your slides to the class.

4. Reply to 2 of your peers about their slides.

  • Three pictures that relate to the components
  • The name and definition of each component
  • The importance of each component to your general health
  • How to improve your fitness within each component
  • Risks to your health if these components are not maintained at a healthy level.

3.  Presentation must be submitted to the class to view.

4. Reply to 2 of your peers about their presentation. Must answer these 2 questions.

  • What was the best part of this person's presentation? Be specific.
  • What is one thing you would recommend to this person to improve their presentation? Be specific.
