Introduction

My main goal as your teacher is to assist you in the classroom setting and give you all quality instruction.
The story is about a hare that makes fun of a slow-moving tortoise and is challenged by him to a race. The hare soon leaves the tortoise behind and is confident of winning. The hare decides to take a nap midway through the course. When he wakes up he finds that his competitor, the tortoise crawling slowly but steadily, has arrived before him. There is a big meaning to the story has been told in many of ways over the centuries.
Task
You will have different parts of a story to interact with: Be sure to use words for vocabulary list.
• Contrast the differences between the Tortoise and the Hare.
• Compare the key words that described the characters of the story. discuss how the words that describes the tortoise is different from those that describe the hare.
• Demonstrate with key words the strengths and weaknesses of the Tortoise and the Hare. Discuss in sentence format using the vocabulary words the streghts and weakness of the characters in the story.
Write a summary of the story and why AESOP thought it was important to write this story.
Provide the lesson learned with details.
