GROUP 1: will research EU air passenger rights and how to claim them

1)    When do EU air passenger rights apply?
2)    What are your rights if your flight is delayed at departure?
3)    What rights do you have if your flight is delayed at arrival?
4)    Name four steps when claiming your rights.

GROUP 2: will find out  definition of the term delay as well as claiming compensation from Croatia Airlines.

1)    When do the Regulations apply?
2)    What constitutes a delay?
3)    Who do you have to contact to make a claim for compensation
4)    How can claims be submitted by post?
5)    Who do you have to contact to apply for a refund of unused parts of your journey or reimbursement of the parts of the jouurney flown?

GROUP 3: will find out how much money you can claim in compensation for your delayed flight.
