Introduction
Panama offers diverse experiences for travelers from all over the world. It is a great place to visit. The tourism industry plays an important role in the Panamanian economy we will discuss its impact during this course. Visitors come to this Central American country to experience its breathtaking landscapes, cultural attractions, and unique wildlife. The tourism sector in Panama is diverse and growing steadily thanks to the allure of the Panama Canal, and some factors we will search during the course such as the tropical beaches, temperate mountain region, and the country’s strategic location in the Americas. At the end of this course the students will be able to describe, promote and invite tourist to come and visit this wondeful country.
Task
Student will select one province of Panama.
Students will search the touristic places, atractions, food culture and their impact in the economy of the province
Students will ellaborate a visual presentation about the selected province.
Students will present a speech about the selected province.
Students will discuss about the diferent provinces. (Summaries and conclusions)
Process
First each student has to select one province of Panama. Second, students have to research about the tourist atraction of the selected province. Describe the economic impact caused by tourism in the province. Decribe the culture, ethnical groups (if there is one) food and traditions of the province, the main landscapes or atractions of the province. Describe any other information that may be considered important about the selected provice.
Ellaborate a visual presentation using power point, canva or any other tool. include pictures from the net (illustrations)
Use the visual presentetion to explain in the speech everything found in the research. Finally when each presentation finish, students may discuss about the places describe, giving personal opinions about the places conclusions or making any question.
