Introduction
Imagine you are planning a great travel around the world with your friends. There are elements which are necessary to plan a such trip. In groups of 4, which you can choose on your own, you will be given special task to complete before the travel of your life.
Task
Task 1
You have to choose Places which you would like to visit. Discuss together and make a list of countries and places you would like to see. Try to justify why the places you chose should be on the list. You don't agree to visit a place proposed by your groupmate? Then give your arguments.
Task 2
When you've chosen which places and countries you would like to visit, you have to choose activities to do during your trip. Do you like mountain climbing? Would you like to swim or to do some sports? Are you interested in local cultures and history? Remember that a day has 24 hours and you also need to sleep :)
Task 3
Now, there is a moment to find out what you need to take to such a trip. Which objects are necessary? What you can eventually purchase on place? Don't forget to take some protection (sun, insects, hiking...).
Task 4
Your travel will not be possible without determinating which ways of transport you want to use. Are you interested to travel comfortably with an airplane or rather you are looking for an adventure with hitch-hiking?
Task 5
Make a Power Point slideshow with the plan of your trip. You are not limited by any specific form. Let your imagination work! If you add some photos or videos, it will make your slideshow more interesting. On the last slide, put the names of group members.
Process
Step 1
Meet together and discuss about the places you want to visit. When you make a list and reach an agreement, pocess to step 2.
Step 2
Divide your work into 4; every person receives one task to complete:
- activities to do (it would be great to find some specific offers on-line, for example here: https://www.tripadvisor.com/),
- objects you need to take (you can for example make a shopping list or divide necessary objects between all members of the group),
- ways of transport (you can also find specific connexions on sites like https://www.expedia.com/Flights),
- one person will be responsible for making the final slideshow and sending it on my e-mail address.
Evaluation
As all of you possesses a Facebok account, you can organize a conversation and add me as a member. I will evaluate your participation. Each person can receive up to 5 points. If you want, we can also meet in person. Then let me know before.
For assigned tasks, each participant can receive up to 10 points. Additional 3 points can be given for interesting ideas and forms (just if you receive 15 ponts for previous tasks).
To prepare this task, you have time to the 15th november 2017. If I receive your slideshow later, each member will loose 1 point for every day.

Conclusion
The objective of this lesson was to activate your imagination and let your dreams become a little bit more real. You could develop your language skills in matter of travels and transport. You've seen interesting websites which are usefull for travellers and people who want to discover the world. I'm sure that this knowledge will be usefull in your future.
