Colonial America was a time in history that provided many new and exciting oportunities for Europeans. People all across Europe were hearing about America and began taking risks by coming and making perminent settlements in the New World. This new land was eventually divided into three regions:
- New England Colonies
- Mid-Atlantic Colonies
- Southern Colonies
People settled in these regions for many different reasons including climate and geography, religious freedoms, and job opportunities.
