Complete the following activities

1. In groups of 2 or 3 research on the type of cancer your teacher has allocated you.

2. For each cancer answer the following questions

a) The type of cancer

b) Where does it occur in the body

c) The cause of the cancer. Is it genetic/hereditary?

d) What age group does it occur in. And does it occur in males or females?

e) What is the treatment?

f) How can you control the cancer

3. Once you have gathered the information, draw up a cancer fact table in your books, and swap your information with other groups to develop a table (like below) with all the different types of cancers
