Introduction
A Survey is the gathering of information for a certain purpose. Surveys can be conducted in many ways, for example by telephone, interview or using a questionnaire. Questionnaires can be online or in printed form.
Task
Your task is to create a questionnaire which would be suitable to give to other members of your year group to identify the novel reading habits and reading preferences of your classroom colleagues.

Process
Step 1: Understand the topic - Discuss with your partner exactly what it is you are being asked to do?
Step 2: Decide who you will survey? Are you going to limit it to just your class group?
Step 3: Create the questions. Tease them out until they are correct, watch your spelling!! Remember , use close ended questions for your questionnaire.
Step 4: Proofread your questions
Step 5: DIstribute the questionnaire. (Written or online form - Surveymonkey.com)
Step 6: Collect responses.
Step 7: Analyse resposnes
Step 8: Draw conclusion and present findings.
