Introduction

Do you think you can design an activity to improve your endurance?

It sounds easy but it isn´t. First you have to know the type of endurance that you want to improve and then design the activity thinking about the sport, the people, their age, abilities,...

Task

The objective of this WebQuest is that you have to design one activity to improve your endurance in one sport.

Process

How are you going to do it?

1. You will work individually.

2. You will have to decide a sport and a type of endurance to improve in that sport (see classnotebook for types of endurance).

3. You will have to design a sesion to improve the endurance in the sport that you chose (you should include a quick warm-up too).

4. You will present the work to the teacher in at least one page and you will have to upload it on your Physical Education class notebook (individual projects section).

Evaluation

1. The teacher will evaluate each project individually.

2. This project will be in the section individual and

group projects which is worth 30% of your final mark this term.

Conclusion

Thanks to this activity you will know the different types of endurance and how they work on sports.
