GET HEALTHY!!

Introduction

Being healthy is very important when wanting to live a good and long life. Eating healthy is very important for children when start young because thats when the childs body is developing and trying to grow. Eating eat start young will lead on into helping you grow and helping your muscles grow and become strong. Starting young you will be able to resist the erge to eat unhealthy foods such as fast foods,cakes,cookies, etc.

Task

The task, will consist of students being able to pick out healtier foods take in when eating and students will be able to list the types of foods that are bad to the body and that are bad for you health and well being. After completeing students can then understand what foods they should be eating and what foods they should not be taking into there body

Evaluation

Conclusion

Now you all should be able to see what and why good and healthy foods are benifical to your well being. It is not easy to do because if it was everyone in the world would be eating health yevery day, but its not its hard to do thats why you dont see many people that will eat the right things instead of bad things that the body don't need.

The webquest is design to aknowledge you and older children and aadults on the benifits to eating eating healthy and being able to show and list the right foods the body needs to take into to be able to grow and be strong. Then able to list the foods the body don't needs that way when the people are going to eat they will be able to remeber this and be able to know what they should eat and what they shouldn't eat.
