It is important to be healthy so that we feel our best and can achieve our goals!  We will learn about the basic steps to being healthy.  We will cover:  oral hygiene, hand washing, nutrition, sleeping well, and exercising.  Read each page and click on the links to watch videos, explore websites, and play games pertaining to each topic.

It is important to do a good job brushing your teeth so that you don't get cavities!  Cavities hurt!

Conclusion

It is important to be a healthy kid.  Being healthy includes many different requirements.  We learned about some of the ways to stay healthy.  We learned about brushing our teeth, washing our hands, eating well, sleeping well, and exercising.  Make sure to apply what you learned at home!
