Introduction

There are many different kinds of health. There is physical health, social health,  and mental health. In what ways can you improve your health? How does things in everyday life affect your health? 

Task

At the end of this presentation we want people to be able to explain what they learned and go through steps we provided in order to have a high life expectancy.

Process

Step one when you wake up we need you to eat foods that provide energy to the body that will help you throughout the day. Eat  foods such as a granola bar, biscuits,oatmeal,etc.Then after you have finished your day you need to make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Evaluation

Our evaluation is that it's easy to understand the quality in life, ways to maintain health, and ways to get a high life rate.
