How to make a Google Form

Introduction

This WebQuest has to do with making a Google Form. For this WebQuest, you can work by yourself or in groups of two or three. So, how do you make a great Google Form?

Task

In this WebQuest you will need to solve how to make a Google Form that you can use for your classroom. You will end up with a Form that has at least five questions and that will be resonable for your students. Make sure it is fun. Make it something that has to do with your subject that you teach.

For Example:

Social Studies - World War II, the Oregon Trail, the American Revolution, Abraham Lincoln, etc.
Math - subtraction, multipulcation, addition, counting, positives and negatives
Comm. Arts/Writing - book series, capitilization, figurative language, etc.
Science - human body, light, engines motors and machines, etc.
