Introduction
The present webquest aims at making the students fully understand the importance of travelling not only as a way to do something they can enjoy but also and foremeost as an important step in their personal growth as open- minded individuals.
Task
Read the following article and watch the video suggested by the author( you will find the link in the very article):
Once you are done with that, answer the following questions:
-Why does the author think that travelling benefits him?
-Why does he say that sometimes we take things for granted? Does it happen to you as well?
- What Countries did he travel to?
- What is a belief according to him? Do you think his defineition of belief is correct?
- Could you answer to the question the very writer asks his readers at the end of the article?
Process
The students will be divided in five group of four people each.
At home, they have to collaborate one another and decide what answers to give to the reading questions.
They will prepare written answers and in class each group will expose in front of their fellow classmates their answers. The teacher will open up a debate reagarding travelling where all students can take part in.
Evaluation
The evaluation will be taking into account:
-students' participation
- students' ability to expose in fornt of the others why they have anwsered in a psecific way to the questions
- pupils' ability to ccoperate one another

I hope that after the reading and the debate students have finally understand how travelling can open up their minds
