What are living things?
You may think that is simple: Living things are people. Or maybe living things can move. Or maybe living things has life.
- Living are people. Then what about plants, insects, animals?
- Living things can move. Well, my car can move. Do we say my car is a living thing?
- Living things has life. What is life in the first place?
There are so many answer... So, today we are gonna get clear answers.
But seriously how should we really define living things ? Then, here we go!
Task
In this lesson, students learn about the characteristics that distinguish living things from nonliving things.
By examining video clips and still photographs of a variety of objects and organisms, students gather evidence and develop criteria to decide if something is living or nonliving.
They will also be ask to answer some question based on the video and the photographs.
