Welcome: The characteristices of major battles of the American Revolution and their sites. 

Description: This webquest will aid students as they continue their learning about the revolutionary war in the fact that it will give them a better undertsanding of the battles.

By researching and completing this webquest studets will gain knowledge on the major battles of the revolution. They will learn about the characteristics of the battle itself and the place it happened. 

Task

             

Studemts will be researching the major battles of the American Revolution. 

Students will learn about the battles and the specific characteristics of each; where they were, how they were fought, what made them important, ect. 

On their own, students will use the links on the following page to answer the questions provided specific for each website. While researching the websites, be thinking about what makes these battles the most important, and also what makes them seperate from the rest of the major battles.
