Introduction
This lesson will be introduce with a fun scenarno, the teacher is the one modeling the role play. at the beginning of the class the teacher will call on a student who have been observed for over a three weeks period, after selecting the student, him/she will come to the front of the class, after which the teacher will speak encourage words of the student punctuality, level of intellectual, decorum and respectfullness. from the this role play the student will be ask to use this as guide to determine the topic for the lesssion. the students will working cooperatively to accomplish some the task given. Motivatiion in the workplace help to improve employee proformance and they will feel more belonging.
