Students research technological devices and give a presentation to the class to convince them which technological device is the most significant.

You have been hired by the boss of the Apple Store. Your first job is to help customers to know the last technological device in the markert. The store needs that people know more about the Achievements of new technologies and how those achievements have impacted our modern society.

Task

Posterboard Presentation

You will need to create a posterboard presentation of the THREE most important achievements about Technology. Your job will be to persuade the boss/bosses of the store (your classmates) that your choices have had an impact around the world and our modern society.

Part 1

Before you begin, please explore these sites to get an overview of some technological devices and its evolution.

Part 2

For this section, you will need to research different technological devices and record your findings on the record sheet. You will need to record 8 achievements and identify their impact on the world and our modern society.

Part 3

Now that you have collected your information, decide which THREE achievements have made the biggest impact on our modern society. You will need to prepare a posterboard presentation to convince the boss that your choices are the most significant. A good presentation will have pictures accompanying each achievement and the impact on our world.

Your job will be to present a 3-5 minute persuasive presentation to your classmates.
