What Do I Eat?

This webquest is being used for an assignment in a BU course.

Do you know what animals eat?  Do all animals eat all the same things?  What is your favorite animal?  Do you know what a carnivore, herbivore, and omnivore are?

This webquest will assist students in learning the difference between a carnivore, herbivore, and an omnivore.  They will learn these three terms through a process of reading books, websites, playing fun games, and watching videos.  

Have fun with the various activities and ask an adult for help!

Level of Independence: Adult help is needed

Task

Your task is to learn about herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores using the internet and books from the classroom.  You will use the knowledge you gain to play games and complete activities.

Process

1. First, you will watch a video to learn about carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores.

3. GAME TIME!  Below are links to two different games that will review your new knowledge on carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores.

Congratulations, you have completed the webquest!  You have learned a lot of information about carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores and have had a lot of practice with these terms.  This Webquest will help us review herbivores, omnivores, and carnivores and prepare us to start learning about food chains!
