Hello S4 students! Today you will be learning what a solar system is. The information you gather will be used in your assessment task so make sure you try your best!
What is a Solar system?
The Solar System is the Sun and all the objects in orbit around it. The Sun is orbited by planets, asteroids and comets.
In S4 we already know that Earth is a planet where we live, so today we are going to look further outward and find out just what a solar system is.
Task
Your task today is to collect information which will allow you to answer this question in your own words, "What is a solar sytem?"
Remember to try your best! This work will be used in the development of your presentation assessment task.
