Fact and Opinion
Persuasive writing always promotes the writer’s judgment or opinion. It’s important to be able to recognize the difference between facts and opinions. Unlike a statement of opinion, a statement of fact can be proven right or wrong.
Hint: Remember that not everyone might agree with an opinion because it can’t be proven.
